Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Accent Zone subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then and are not charged again.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you are unhappy with the Service, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing period at our discretion.
EU / UK customers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of your subscription. By starting to use the digital content during this period you agree that performance has begun, but we will still honor a refund request made within 14 days of the initial charge.
How to request a refund
Email accentzonesupport@gmail.com from the address on your account with the date and amount of the charge. We typically respond within two business days.
