1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Accent Zone (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service: no scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, attempting to disrupt operation, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Content and license
The Service, including lessons and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal learning. You retain rights to audio and text you submit, and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
